1. The new member has to register online and pay the required membership amount to get club membership.
2. The membership is valid for 20 years and tenure will start on payment of registration amount. The members are allowed to use club after three months and subject to payment terms or as per the readiness of rooms starting with Holiday Maiyaan, Dhamni, Karjat and other facilities or resorts in few months which will be intimated to members from time to time.
3. The club members are entitled to use the facility only on payment of 10 % of membership amount. However members can enjoy the facilities at discounted rate of 20% as ordinary member even before payment of such 10%.
4. The members who wish to transfer their room facility to other friends and relatives can do so by payment of Rs. 600 as transfer fee and is subject to revision by the company.
5. The club members needs to pay an amount of Rs. 650 as Annual maintenance charges which needs to be cleared before using any club facilities.
6. The club membership once taken cannot be cancelled at any point of time. However if any member discontinued the payment, a proportionate use of room facilities as decided by the company can be used by members, which will be intimated.
7. The membership instalment should be paid within seven days from due date and delay will attract an interest @ 15%pa.
8. The members are advised to take sufficient medical and other risk cover before they go to any of our club and company is not responsible for any injury and other medical expenses caused to them knowingly or unknowingly.
9. A member can transfer his club membership to any other person as per the terms and conditions of the company and on payment of transfer charges applicable.
10. A club member can avail Nomination facility and in the event of any death or any other event, the nominee will become club member till the expiry of membership.
11. All club members are required to follow the rules and regulations of club applicable from time to time.
12. The club members are allowed to use all club facilities and have to pay for any eatables, catering and other services as per the prevailing menu charges from time to time.
13. The club room facilities can be availed as per availability and members are advised to book at least fifteen days prior to their planned date of visit to club.
14. A member can extend the stay in addition to their entitled days subject to availability of rooms and can avail 20% discount on such extended stay.
